Luxury Custom 70
An entertainment-focused yacht with karaoke, a cinema setup, 60-inch Smart TVs and onboard internet.

Experiences · Celebrations
Birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, reunions and company days on a yacht reserved for your guests. The right vessel depends on how many are coming and how you want to celebrate.
Celebrate on the water
A private yacht party works because the whole deck belongs to your group. No shared bar line, no strangers in your photographs and no schedule beyond the hours you book.
Cruise, anchor, swim, eat and dance in whatever order your group prefers, within what the captain judges safe for the day. A yacht turns a birthday dinner into an event, gives a bachelorette weekend its centerpiece and lets a family reunion happen somewhere nobody has to host.
The fleet covers almost any guest list, from cruisers for a handful of friends to event catamarans built for well over a hundred. That range is useful, but it also means inclusions differ widely. Music, food, drinks, restrooms and shade are listed vessel by vessel, and we confirm each one in writing before you book.

Occasions
Every occasion asks something different of the yacht. These are the details that matter most for each.
From a milestone lunch for ten to a deck party for thirty. A cake and decorations can be arranged, or brought along where the listing allows outside food. Tell us if the guest of honor should not see the plans.
Music, a swim stop and a clear drinks plan matter most. Check which yachts list a sound system with a smartphone connection, and decide between an open bar and a beer-and-soda allowance.
Usually a smaller, quieter affair. Sailing catamarans such as the Lagoon 43 and Lagoon 45 are described in their listings as suited to anniversaries, and a sunset start adds the light.
Mixed ages need shade, a restroom and an easy swim. Life jackets are listed on nearly every vessel; ask us to confirm child sizes and the best layout for grandparents and toddlers alike.
Team days, client hosting and incentive outings. A few Nuevo Vallarta yachts list onboard internet and Smart TVs, and the event catamarans take groups that would otherwise need several boats.
The big day out of a group holiday: snorkeling, lunch at anchor and a slow cruise back. Paddleboards, kayaks and floating mats are listed on some yachts and make the swim stop.
Group size
Count everyone who will actually be aboard, including a photographer, a DJ or a planner. A yacht filled to its listed maximum feels very different from one with room to move, so leave space if dancing is part of the plan.

Couples, close friends and family.

The widest choice of yachts.

Catamarans and event yachts.
Read the guest numbers carefully. Several listings note that the base arrangement covers a smaller group, with additional guests up to the maximum accommodated by arrangement. The two largest event catamarans also have minimum group sizes: 55 guests for the Catamaran 72 and 65 for the Catamaran 90, per their listings. We confirm both numbers for your date.
Music
Music is only a given where the listing says so. Every vessel below lists a sound system, several with a smartphone or Bluetooth connection. The Catamaran 90 adds a DJ booth, and the Luxury Custom 70 lists karaoke and a cinema setup.

An entertainment-focused yacht with karaoke, a cinema setup, 60-inch Smart TVs and onboard internet.

Starlink internet, Smart TVs, a premium Bluetooth sound system and two bathrooms for groups of up to 15.

Luxury finishes, onboard internet, Smart TVs, a full kitchen and two bathrooms for up to 20 guests.

A foredeck, flybridge and air-conditioned leather salon for up to 20 guests, with a kayak and paddleboard for swim stops.

A modern catamaran with a forward cockpit, air-conditioned salon, Bluetooth stereo and a BBQ grill.

A sailing catamaran with a large front trampoline, two bathrooms and a sound system, plus a kayak and paddleboard.

An air-conditioned salon, galley, sound system and two cabins on a 50-foot cruiser built for relaxed group days.

A 72-foot event catamaran for 55 to 150 guests, with a bar, four restrooms, a sound system and menu options by charter length.

The largest vessel in the fleet: up to 200 guests, two bars, a DJ booth and four restrooms for major celebrations.
Planning to bring a portable speaker, a DJ or a live musician to a yacht that does not list a sound system? Ask first, so space, power and the extra person aboard can be confirmed.
Food, drinks & décor
This is where yachts differ most, and where a clear plan avoids surprises on the day.
Most yachts list a set number of beers or sodas. 7 vessels list an open bar with food, and the chef-led yachts add more. Where the listing allows it, you can bring your own bottles.
Snacks such as fruit, guacamole and chips are listed on most yachts, and a smaller group includes lunch. Many listings offer catering at additional cost, from party platters to a full meal.
Banners, flowers, balloons and a cake can be arranged, or brought by agreement with the yacht. Anything that could blow overboard, such as loose balloons or confetti, is worth discussing first.
Large parties
Bigger celebrations narrow the fleet quickly, and the choice comes down to how many people are coming and how much should be included.
The Catamaran 72 lists room for 55 to 150 guests, a bar, four restrooms and a sound system with a USB port. The Catamaran 90 goes up to 200 guests, with two bars, a DJ booth and four restrooms. Both depart from Puerto Vallarta or Nuevo Vallarta, with La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and Punta Mita available as optional departures at extra cost.
For up to 50 guests, the Custom 90 and the Custom 103 both list an open bar and lunch. The Trimaran 40 lists 40 guests with a national open bar, and the Custom 50, Custom 60 and Custom 34 Trimaran each list up to 30.

Practical details
The yacht, crew and listed inclusions are confirmed in writing. A few costs and logistics sit outside most listings, and it helps to plan for them early.
Sending guests a short note before the day saves the host a dozen phone calls on the dock. Share the confirmed marina, the boarding time and what to bring, and decide in advance who is handling the cake, the decorations and any gifts.

Questions & answers
Straight answers to the questions guests ask most. Anything not covered here is confirmed in writing when you inquire.
On yachts that list a sound system, yes. Several list a smartphone or Bluetooth connection, and the event catamarans list a sound system with a USB port. If a yacht's listing does not mention a sound system, do not assume there is one; ask and we will confirm.
The Catamaran 90 lists a DJ booth. On other yachts, ask before booking a performer so space, power and the extra person aboard can be confirmed; a DJ or musician counts toward the yacht's listed capacity.
Most yachts list only a maximum. The two largest event catamarans have minimums per their listings: 55 guests for the Catamaran 72 and 65 for the Catamaran 90.
The Catamaran 90, listed for up to 200 guests with two bars, a DJ booth and four restrooms. Below that, the Catamaran 72 lists up to 150 guests, and the Custom 90 and Custom 103 each list up to 50.
Yes, by agreement with the yacht. Banners, flowers and table decorations are agreed in advance. Ask before bringing loose balloons, confetti or anything that could blow overboard or mark the deck.
Where the listing states that guests may bring their own food, yes. Where it does not, we confirm the policy for your booking. A cake can also be arranged as part of catering, which may carry an additional cost.
It varies by vessel. The Catamaran 72 and Catamaran 90 each list four restrooms, and many other vessels list bathrooms, such as the Azimut 58 and the Lagoon 38 with two each. For smaller boats, ask us to confirm before you book.
Yes, with a little planning. Choose a yacht with a listed sound system and enough deck space for the group, settle the drinks arrangement in advance and keep swimming for before the celebrating gets serious. The captain has the final say on safety.
Yes. Event catamarans keep a large team together on one deck, and a few Nuevo Vallarta yachts list onboard internet and Smart TVs, which help with a short presentation or a welcome video. Tell us the format and we match vessels to it.
It is possible when two suitable yachts are available on the same date and departure point. One larger vessel keeps everyone together, but we can check both options and send them side by side.
Sometimes. Some listings describe beach-club outings, such as the Tiara 44, Sea Ray 46, Custom 50 and Custom 34 Trimaran. Routes depend on the yacht, charter length and conditions, and beach clubs are separate businesses, so their requirements are confirmed before the day.
Yes. Life jackets are listed on nearly every vessel; tell us the children's ages so we can confirm suitable sizes. Yachts with shade, a restroom and an easy swim platform make the day simpler for families.
When conditions allow and the captain agrees. Snorkeling gear is listed on nearly every yacht, and some add paddleboards or kayaks. Plan swims before the drinks flow; open water and alcohol do not mix.
