Helpful details
What to include in your message
You do not need every answer yet. A few details simply help us shortlist the right vessels on the first reply.
Date and flexibility
Your preferred date, any alternative dates, and whether you prefer a morning, midday or sunset departure.
Group and occasion
The total number of guests, any children, and what you are celebrating — birthday, wedding, reunion or simply a day on the water.
Departure point
Where you are staying helps us suggest Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta or La Cruz de Huanacaxtle departures.
The day you imagine
Snorkeling, a beach stop, a long lunch at anchor, whale season or sunset — and roughly how many hours you have in mind.
Food and drinks
Whether you would like an open bar, catering, a chef, or to bring your own (where the yacht allows it), plus any dietary needs.
Yachts you liked
Name any vessel from the fleet pages. If it is not available, we will suggest the closest alternatives.
Questions & answers
Questions about inquiries and booking
Straight answers to the questions guests ask most. Anything not covered here is confirmed in writing when you inquire.
How quickly will I hear back after sending the form?
We reply as soon as we have checked your date with suitable vessels. Because availability is confirmed directly with each yacht, a complete answer can take a little longer at busy times — if your charter is soon, mention it in your message or call us as well.
Does sending the form reserve a yacht?
No. The form starts a conversation. A yacht is only reserved once you have reviewed the written details for your date and confirmed the booking terms we send you.
Why do you ask for my phone number?
Charter plans often involve quick questions about timing, departure points or group changes. A phone number lets us reach you quickly; we use it only for your inquiry.
What if my date is flexible?
Choose your preferred date in the form and list alternatives in the message. Flexibility often opens up more vessel options, especially in the busy winter season.
Can I ask about a specific yacht?
Yes. Use the "Ask about this yacht" button on any fleet card or yacht page and the yacht's name is added to your request automatically, or simply name it in your message.
I am not sure how many guests will come. What should I enter?
Enter your best estimate and say it may change. Every yacht has a maximum capacity, so a rough number still helps us rule vessels in or out.
Can you quote catering, decorations or an open bar at the same time?
Yes — describe what you would like in the message. Where a yacht does not include those services, we tell you what can be arranged and confirm any extra cost in writing.
Is my information shared with anyone?
Your details are used only to respond to your request. To check availability we share the practical details of your charter (date, group size, plans) with the relevant vessel operators.
The form will not send. What should I do?
Check any highlighted fields — the date must be today or later and the phone number needs at least seven digits. If it still fails, email info@PuertoVallartaBoats.com or call us on +1 305 515 4735.
Can I call you instead?
Yes. Call +1 305 515 4735 with the same details you would put in the form: date, number of guests, occasion and preferred departure area.
Can I write to you in English?
Yes. This is our English-language website, and we are happy to handle your inquiry and booking details in English.
Can I change my request after sending it?
Of course. Reply to our email or send a new message with the changes, and mention your name and original date so we can match it to your first request.
